This month's theme is Awakening to Inner Wisdom:
Yoga and meditation teacher Melanee Cooper, owner of Sacred Woman Collective’s Chicago Branch, will guide us for this month's Soulful Sunday! The morning will blend meditation, breathwork, gentle yoga, somatic movement, Yin yoga, reflection, and a women’s circle.
Note: This event is FREE for first-time ALTAR guests & our ALTAR Members! $39 for General Admission if you're neither a first-time guest nor an ALTAR Member.
