Shed your S#*t to Shine your Light

This circle is a place for women to come together to be seen, heard and acknowledged in our challenges and build resiliency through authentic connection and mutual support. We will share our stories. We will grieve our pasts and honor what was.  No fixing or advice giving, just companioning one another on the journey of releasing what holds us back so we can shine brightly. As we're ready, we'll plant intentional seeds for a new way forward, firm and grounded.

This LiFT Circle will meet every other Tuesday morning from 10:00-11:30 pm CT January 4th through March 22nd. Hope will be at ALTAR. Participants may join on Zoom or in person at ALTAR as they choose (arrangements in advance must be made). Each LiFT sessions stands alone, so you do not need to attend every circle in order to participate. Click HERE for more details on how LiFT Circles work. 

LiFT Leader: Hope Lutz Firsel

Hope is a survivor and a certified life coach that helps companies, teams and individuals successfully move through trauma and change, emerging stronger and grounded. With a Master’s degree, life coaching certification and the wisdom of her own personal trauma, she offres safe space for individuals to honor and shed the past, and create the space for what is possible
