Qoya with Brighid O'Shaughnessy

Join Brighid O'Shaughnessy for an evening of movement, ritual, and community sharing through the practice of Qoya.  Qoya uses a combination of dance, intuitive movement, and mindfulness to help us remember that at our core, we are wise, wild, and free and that our bodies' wisdom can serve as our compass when setting intentions, making decisions and processing what happens in our daily lives.
