Cancellation Policy
We ask you to be mindful of your fellow ALTAR Members and leave your room promptly when your timeslot ends. Need to reschedule your time, add another session, or cancel your booking? We ask you to make changes as soon as possible in your ALTAR account. Please be mindful of the community and return the room to the state in which you found it. To ensure that rooms remain accessible to the whole community, we may invite you to transition to a consistent rental plan if you find yourself booking the same room frequently. ALTAR Members may reserve rooms at no cost for up to 2 hours per day, with flexible usage throughout the day, based on availability. Any questions or concerns?
