Space & Capacity Practical Amenities Food & Drink Seasonal Atmosphere Hours & Availability Space & Capacity Main Gathering Space: Up to 100 guests cocktail style, or 50 for a seated dinner in our Grand Gathering Room. Total Capacity: Comfortably hosts groups of up to 100 participants. Practical Amenities Tech Infrastructure: High-speed Wi-Fi, Bluetooth sound system, projection capabilities, and video conferencing setup. Furnishings: Comfortable seating throughout, including multiple lounge areas where guests can break off, relax, and mingle in smaller groups. Accessibility: Elevator access to our second-floor space is available upon request. Food & Drink Catering and Bar Service: We’ll connect you with our preferred vendors for light bites, dinner, beverages, and bar service, or you can bring in your own favorites. Seasonal Atmosphere Festive Styling: ALTAR is already beautifully decorated for the season, so that’s one less thing for your budget and to-do lists. Ambiance: Soft lighting, seasonal florals/greenery, and music curated to set the tone. Hours & Availability Holiday Availability: Open for bookings throughout December, with the exception of December 24-25 and December 31-January 1. Minimum Booking: 3 hours minimum. A half-day booking is 4 hours, and a full-day booking is 6 hours. However You Want to Show Up, We’ll Meet You There Every team celebrates differently. You’ll have exclusive access to The Grand Gathering Room, Lift Lounge, and an adjoining private room, each suited to a different rhythm of the evening. The Grand Gathering Room holds up to 100 guests cocktail style or 50 seated for dinner. The Lift Lounge and ALTAR’s other cozy corners give guests room to break off and mingle in smaller groups. The Womb Room, connected to the Grand Gathering Room with its own two entrances, is ideally suited for a buffet or a second bar so the night keeps flowing without a bottleneck.
