Women's Day Retreat Visioning 2026

Step away from outside noise, expectations, and constant input and return to yourself.

This is a space where you are asked to do very little, except show up. Everything else is thoughtfully held.

Before we create any vision for the year ahead, we begin by grounding into the body, calming the nervous system, and reconnecting with what feels true at a deeper level. From this place, visioning becomes less about striving and more about alignment. Throughout the day, you will be guided through embodied practices, reflection, nourishment, and creative expression—allowing your intentions for 2026 to arise from clarity, presence, and self-trust.

What to Expect:

• Opening Circle: Grounding, intention setting, and arriving fully into the space.

• Trauma-Informed Somatic Release Breathwork: A guided practice to move out of the mind and into the body supporting emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper connection with your heart and inner wisdom.
