Wired this Way

Wired this Way is built around a single idea: Ayurveda has a name for the way each of us is wired - your dosha, the mind-body blueprint that shapes how your body handles stress, food, sleep, and hormones, including the way it moves through perimenopause and menopause. It is the original personalized medicine, and it lands in a way generic advice never could. Think of it as reading your own code. No swab, no lab.

​Leading the evening are Dr. Avanti Kumar-Singh, and Dr. Tanmeet Sethi, the physicians who founded Arvasi and practice evidence-based Ayurveda. They'll take us through a series of experiences that build on each other, and by the end you'll understand your own body in a way that's hard to unsee, and you'll want to share it with your close community of women who are seeking care and attention for their wellness as we age.
