Exploring grief in the creative process can be challenging, as it often means putting cherished ideas to rest, confronting self-doubt and negative self-talk, and navigating the uncertainty of what comes next.

🔍 Review: Emmy & Taylor will provide pre-work to prime your mind and spirit for our session. Sometimes we know it’s time to bench something we’ve been working on, but it can be difficult to discern what to drop or how to let it go. The pre-work will help take you from cloudy to crystal-clear.

🪞 Reflect: the two-hour event will offer an abundance of opportunities to process individually, in pairs, and in community. Expect introspection, mirroring exercises, and meaningful dialogue that encourages vulnerability, deep connection, and self-compassion.
