About the Event
As we move our way back into the energy of spring and the promise of gathering and connecting, we invite you to join us for this special evening. Shweta Shyamani will gently guide us through energy exercises to open and align our bioenergetic flows. Medium Heidi Bailey and Cellist Nora Barton will use guided meditation and sound to relax our energetic body and mind. Join us for a soft and ease filled evening.
