We deeply value the practice of mindfulness and movement paired with the power of sound. This experience includes noise-canceling headphones, curated beats, breath work, sound healing and feel-good movement. Weaved together it offers a place of freedom, beauty, and respite from our busy lives so we can rebalance and restore our bodies & mind to the frequencies of love, joy, and balance.

In 2016, Sabrina Calcagno Badeaux launched Kanekshun, where she creates multi-sensory experiences rooted in breath-work, modalities of movement, sound healing, and meditation in accessible unique formats. Kanekshun carefully curates each offering for those looking to cultivate mind, body and soul balance by combining meditation, sound healing, movement, and unique activities in an accessible format for all.
