About the Event
Enjoy this special Summer Edition of Soulful Sunday! We're meeting outdoors to take advantage of the warmer, longer days and all the beauty Chicago has to offer. Through an intentional morning dedicated to sisterhood, a mindful walk through Lincoln Park and a guided grounding practice, you’ll reconnect with your body, the wisdom of the Earth, and your own inner truth.
Facilitated by Rachel Kathryn Weber— energy healer, mentor, and founder of Earthed Empress — you will be guided in an experience that nourishes your nervous system and awakens the part of you ready to rise. You’ll also receive a powerful teaching on how to feel, heal, and live in alignment with your natural rhythms. After, we'll grab lunch together and enjoy each other's company! Lunch location is TBD based on attendance, dietary concerns and preference.
