9:30am | Doors Open
10am | Opening Circle
10:30am | Yin Reset with Melanee Cooper: Reset your Vagus nerve through somatic movement, guided meditation, breath work & yin poses.
12pm | Community Lunch: Bring your own lunch or grab something in the neighborhood and eat in community with other women.
