10:30 - 11:30am | 9D Breathwork with Kristi Battalini: Experience the transformative power of 9D Breathwork, a revolutionary approach to wellness that transcends anything you've encountered before. Often described as meditation on steroids and the silent disco of breathwork, the 9D Breathwork method integrates a dynamic blend of binaural brain entrainment, isochronic brainwave tones, solfeggio frequencies, and 432Hz harmonic tuning.
11:30am - 12:30pm | Community Lunch: Bring your own lunch or grab something in the neighborhood and eat in community with other women.
