About the Event
Enjoy this special Summer Solstice Edition of Soulful Sunday! We're meeting outdoors to take advantage of the warmer, longer days and all the beauty Chicago has to offer.
Timeline for the day:
9:30am - Meet at the Conservatory for opening circle
10:00am - Leisurely walk and chat around the conservatory
11:00am - Closing Somatic Exercise with Angelica Palomo: Angelica, certified Pilates instructor, will guide us in a somatic movement exercise to center ourselves in the sunshine.
12:00pm - Lunch in Community - Join us in grabbing lunch together and enjoying each other's company! Lunch location TBD based on attendance, dietary concerns and preference.
