SoulCollage® Winter Retreat

The energy of winter is that of going within. It's the fertile darkness and silence out of which our soul's yearnings and new inspirations can eventually emerge.  And SoulCollage® is an ideal practice for exploring our inner landscape and stirring our intuition and imagination about what lies ahead. 

Join ALTAR founder, Kathy Bresler for a spacious and restorative day of creativity, connection and reflection and an opportunity to explore the richness of SoulCollage® as a tool for guidance and self-discovery. 

This spacious day will begin with gentle movement and reflection guided by special guest, Tracy Bleier to open our bodies, hearts and minds for the day ahead. 

We'll spend the rest of the morning sifting through a feast of magazine images and intuitively creating collaged cards representing aspects of your self/soul.  

After a nourishing lunch, Kathy will walk us through the elements of a SoulCollage® deck and a surprisingly simple technique for seeking guidance from our cards. We'll end the day in pairs with a 3-card reading about a question or life issue that's up for you. 

New and experienced SoulCollagers welcome! If you've made some SoulCollage cards and are curious about how to take SoulCollage® to the next level, this day is for you. Bring any cards you've made with you. And if you're brand new to the process, bring your curious and open mind. This will be a great introduction.  All materials will be provided.
