Held within Lydia Ruyle’s Sacred Portals exhibition, this gathering offers space to move beyond observation and into experience. Rather than pushing forward or setting resolutions, we will slow down and stay with the threshold where insight arises naturally, and new life quietly gathers momentum.

Through guided reflection, embodied practices, and creative exploration, participants are invited to listen inward, trust subtle signals, and give form to what is beginning to take shape beneath the surface.
