During this day of renewal, you’ll participate in interconnected experiences, including a SoulCollage® workshop where you'll explore your values through artistic expression, guided meditations with powerful affirmations to shift your mindset from hustle to flow, and a meaningful release ritual to transform limiting beliefs. In our Sistering Circle, you'll find strength in community with like-minded women while sharing this transformative journey. The retreat concludes with mindful movement and reflective journaling, allowing you to integrate the day's insights and emerge renewed.
