New Tools For a New Time: P-Z Package

Please join Heidi and Shweta for their signature blend of energy work and meditation to start your day in connection to self and community. Each session will explore your body’s energetic and emotional relationship with a particular concept associated with a letter of the alphabet.

Each session will include three segments:

Clear and Calibrate the Energy Body.  Shweta will teach a sequence of simple, powerful exercises to move stale, stagnant energy, then calm and upgrade your nervous system to align with the changing vibration of the planet. Your higher energetic frequency gives access to new ways of relating to the concept being explored.

Dive In and Deepen.  Heidi will offer channeled and intuitively gathered words around each of the chosen themes. She will guide your heart and soul further inward to offer your spiritual body and physical body integration.
