New Tools For a New Time: Energy Work and Meditation Circle with Shweta Shyamani & Heidi Bailey

Please join Heidi and Shweta for their signature blend of energy work and meditation to start your day in connection to self and community. Each session will explore your body’s energetic and emotional relationship with a particular concept associated with a letter of the alphabet. In this session we explore Generosity (1/21) Hope (1/28) and Innocence (2/4).

Each session will include three segments:

Clear and Calibrate the Energy Body.  Shweta will teach a sequence of simple, powerful exercises to move stale, stagnant energy, then calm and upgrade your nervous system to align with the changing vibration of the planet. Your higher energetic frequency gives access to new ways of relating to the concept being explored.

Dive In and Deepen.  Heidi will offer channeled and intuitively gathered words around each of the chosen themes. She will guide your heart and soul further inward to offer your spiritual body and physical body integration.

Ahhhh….Meditate.  Meditation time accompanied by musical sounds and vibrations. As you breathe and go deeper, Heidi will move Reiki violet flame energy to gently wash over and wrap you in a blanket of protective light.

Each session stands alone and drop-ins are welcome. Every 4th week, you may purchase a series of 3 sessions at a discounted price. All sessions will be recorded and a replay provided to all who register, whether or not you attend live.

Heidi Bailey is a medium, intuitive and lover of peace. Through her studies and practice of energy work, Reiki and meditation, Heidi has brought healing to her own life and energetically shares this into the circle to hold space with others.

Shweta Shyamani is a former Fortune 500 executive turned holistic practitioner who is passionate about helping women unlock and unleash their inner power so they can live, give and play bigger. She uses energy medicine, hypnotherapy, and mind/body coaching as her power tools to facilitate transformation and healing.
