ALTAR is delighted to be hosting Miami based Kanekshun for a special Saturday evening program featuring their signature new moon intention setting tea & sound experience. We will drop into our bodies & connect to our inner knowing & wisdom by experiencing a deeply immersive sound bath & visual meditation. We will then enjoy tea as a group in silence, where we will cultivate an open heart & a clear mind, so that from this place we can journal our intentions for the upcoming lunar phase.
