About the Event
Join us for the second outing of the ALTAR Adventure Club! Our curated adventure inspired by the For The Earth exhibit will include ample time for wonder and wandering, a picnic lunch, the creation of a collective Earth Altar, and a guided Movement Medicine® exploration using personal headsets to incorporate music, dance, meditation and prayer in keeping with the exhibit's invitation to see and be seen, hear and be heard, move and be moved.
Join ALTAR founder, Kathy Bresler, Movement Medicine® facilitator, Carrie Branovan, and experience designer, Randi Fiat for a day of art, nature and community at the height of the fall season.
Please bring:
Layered clothing, flexible shoes to dance in, gloves if it’s chilly, something to gather nature items in (basket, canvas bag, etc) water, something to lie on the earth with (yoga mat, blanket, rug) something to write with (or a journal), Lunch, snacks.
