Coming Alive

The Coming Alive Project is a collaboration between two dynamic clinicians: Mollie Birney + Katie Griffin. Their speciality is unearthing, awakening, and disrupting – in the best possible way!   

This is a fluff-free workshop oriented towards action that will invite you to navigate through hard topics in a way that is playful, opening, and empowering. Through group discussion and coaching exercises, this day-long conversation is designed to bring oxygen to areas of your life that have felt restricted, serving as a catalyst for radical shifts in perspective, actionable change, and fresh permission to occur authentically.  

You’ll leave the workshop with a personalized action step - a commitment that, when upheld by you, will reframe your thought patterns and propel you forward toward a thriving, engaged, authentic life. You’ll have the agency to make positive and impactful changes, finally getting unstuck.
