About the Event

When Qin Coe was growing up, her mom used to shut herself in the bedroom to cry when arguments arose between her and her spouse. That's how Qin learned to fight in relationships and at work - she would shut down in meetings, or flee her apartment to wander outside.

Qin learned, from the martial art she's been practicing (Aikido -  the Art of Peace), that there are other ways to view conflict, and effective strategies to manage conflict. You may be surprised by some of the strategies!

During your time together you’ll:

  • Confront inner and external conflicts, and how the push/pull energy dynamics may stands in the way of deeper and more meaningful relationships
  • Learn how key principles of Aikido can be easily applied to address disagreements in a non-violent way
  • Practice simple somatic techniques that help acknowledge your emotions in order to allow for rapid self-regulation and re-centering
  • Connect with and support your community of women who are ready to stand in their power and strength.

Like gravity, conflicts are impossible to escape from in our lives. Join Qin & fellow women to explore how to transform conflicts into opportunities of understanding, enrichment, and growth, so you can live a more peaceful and healthier life as a spiritual warrior.

To receive the best benefits, please reflect and submit the short ANONYMOUS pre-work by Monday April 24th.

“Conflict exists strictly as an opportunity to raise our consciousness.” - Carl Jung
