About the Event
Bring Your Soul to Work Day is designed to support each aspect of your life with opportunities for nourishing connection, introspective reflection, and plain old FUN! You can stay in our sacred space all day or drop in as your schedule allows to experience all the goodness, connecting more deeply to yourself and other women. By the end of the day, you'll leave feeling whole, supported, and more like you.
Timeline of the Day:
9 - 10am | Coffee, Conversation and Coworking: Take your time settling in and taking care of anything you need to start your day! Whether it's catching up on emails, fitting in your meditation practice, or more, this is the perfect time to get ready for your day at ALTAR.
10 - 10:30am | Welcome & Opening Circle: Meet our team and your fellow attendees in this casual opening circle where you can set your intentions…
