Being a working woman can be tricky, especially in our emerging-from-COVID world. Burnout is on the rise, and we’re all feeling the burden of doing all-of-the-things for all-of-the-people in our lives.

At ALTAR we’re curious seekers, wondering what would be possible if women in business were given what they needed to show up fully themselves everywhere all the time? How might our jobs, families, communities - even the world - be different if we were integrating our work selves with our “real” selves? What would happen if we had a community of powerful working women in our lives to support us who were walking the same path of integration of role and soul?

On July 20th, ALTAR is opening its doors to women business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals in and around Chicago for an entire day dedicated to this integration of work self and “real” self. 

ALTAR’s Bring Your Soul to Work Day kicks off at 9am for coffee and conversation with open co-working available all day long.
