• Cassandra Speaks book talk led by Kathy Bresler, 10 - 11am: Join us for this book talk that is friendly for those who have and have not read the book!
• Blue Zones Lunch with Anna Jackson, 11:30am - 1pm: Join Anna Jackson for lunch at Altar. Enjoy a vegetarian lunch inspired by the Blue Zones. Blue Zones are an evidence and researched based company that explores the longest living and happiest people on earth. Enjoy a short talk on their secrets to longevity and the 9 principles they use for a happy healthy life. Preregistration & $15 for lunch required by Sunday, March 24th.
