A full-day experience designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit as we close out 2025 and step into a new year of possibility. You’ll be inspired by powerful talks from Ashley Nelson, Ranieka Weston, and Lael Jepson, with each followed by interactive exercises that bring their insights to life.

Between sessions, enjoy space for meaningful conversation, nourishing food, and quiet reflection in ALTAR’s beautiful, light-filled third space. You’ll leave grounded, clear, and re-energized: ready to begin 2026 awake, aligned, and fully alive.
