Anniversary Celebration - Full Moon Breathing & Meditation Circle

Join Cindy Starry and Jean Tindle for a special event celebrating the 1 year anniversary of their Full Moon active breathing and guided meditation circle. 

Jean Tindle will be offering an IN-PERSON stone and crystal sale on Thursday, May 27th from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm with incredible finds from the recent stone and gem show in Tuscon. The event is free but you must register online to gain access to ALTAR anytime during the 2 hour window.

As a bonus offering to the monthly breathing and meditation, Jean will offer a 30 minute introduction to creating a stone energy grid. This portion of the event will begin at 6:15 and is included in the registration for the full moon breathing and meditation, which begins as usual at 7:00 pm. There will be a 10 min bio break following the grid session before the breathwork begins.
