Showing Up

Join us on Sunday, May 21, 2023  for an exploration of what it means to "show up" for one another, including ourselves, in times of great social and political distress--a time like the present, in other words.

This unique experience, hosted by ALTAR, will include::

• A presentation from Jen Marr, author of Showing Up:: A Comprehensive Guide to Comfort & Connection
• A panel discussion on "showing up" featuring Nancy Heap, LCSW, founder of Ikigai, a psychotherapy practice; Greg Archer, author and yogi; Kathy Bresler, founder of ALTAR; Donnie Larson, MSN, RN, CSCS, founder of Donnie Larson Fitness at Studio Delcorpo.
• Additional opportunities to learn about and discuss the ways that you can “show up” for coworkers, friends, classmates, family, acquaintances, and even strangers when we are all struggling, oftentimes, silently.
