Open House at ALTAR

TIMELINE FOR THE DAY:

• 9am - 9:30am, Uplifting Energy & Conversation: In addition to our usual offering of coffee & tea, a representative from Celsius will be at ALTAR sharing Green Tea based, zero-sugar energy drinks.  
• 9:30am - 11am, Your Life By Design with Tia Ress: A motivational and educational discussion on how we can embrace our own path, make decisions, and find alignment led by Tia Ress, Psychic, Human Design Analyst, and Community Director of ALTAR.
• 1pm - 2:30pm - SoulCollage®️ Open Studio: Experience this playful, yet profound, practice in the guidance and warmth of ALTAR Community! No prior experience or artistic ability needed - just bring yourself!
• 3:30pm - 4:30pm - The Power of Stillness with Angel Gleason: Certified Yoga Instructor and ALTAR Member Angel Gleason will lead the group in Yoga Nidra meditation to begin to unwind near the end of the day.
• 4:30pm - 5pm - Home Before Dinner Happy Hour with wine from Scout & Cellar
