About the Event

Invest in yourself this summer and level up with this KAIC Coach Training Intensive:

Whether you’re a coach, a leader, a manager, or someone who wants to tap into their own power and teach others how to tap into theirs, this program is for you. These skills are empowering at any time, but especially useful during times of challenge, disruption, and change. Together, we will explore the question, how can we realize our own internal power, both personally and professionally, no matter the constraints in the external world?

Andrea Kayne, who directs the Educational Leadership Program at DePaul University, developed this coach training from her book, Kicking Ass in a Corset: Jane Austen’s Six Principles for Living and Leading from the Inside Out (September 2021). In her book, Andrea examines the power of Jane Austen’s work as a lens through which we can lead empowered lives of meaning and purpose.

Master the skills of how to coach others so that they can uncover obstacles that are holding them and become enlivened with the power of being internally referenced. Gain tools, resources, skills and the validation of a certificate in Internally Referenced Leadership™ Coach Training from DePaul University.

Leadership coaching is a growing industry. As our world becomes increasingly uncertain and turbulent, the skills learned in the Kicking Ass in a Corset™ Certificate in Internally Referenced Leadership™ will help you coach others to meet challenges with confidence, clarity, and compassion.
