About the Event
Very often we perceive through a lens that can be unclear or confusing. Our perception and the way we navigate the world is often overly influenced by past experiences. Through Gestalt methodology (a German word meaning wholeness or flowing into form), we will become aware of personal thought patterns (both negative and positive) as well as our behaviors that block self-awareness and our greatest potential.
This intentionally intimate group of 8 women will focus on our present moments in hope that we may better understand what is happening in our lives right now. We will meet Tuesday mornings from 10am -12pm in-person at ALTAR for 8 sessions from 9/20-11/1 (note no session on 10/25). Participants will have access to co-nesting from 9-5 on the 8 Tuesdays we meet. This group is for those who want to…
- Explore their personal typology and temperament and gain awareness around how it shows up in the world.
- Understand their parts of self through mandala work.
- Explore their vision. We will work on individually writing our visions and representing them visually.
- Examine individual values. We will help each other identify our own values, why they are important, and how living by our values can set the path for fulfillment and joy.
- Do personal deep process work within a group setting of compassion and curiosity.
