To soften. To slow. To listen.
Inside the sacred womb of ALTAR Community, you are invited into a deeply nourishing evening of ceremonial cacao, guided reflection, and sound healing — held by Katie Janecko and Marilyn Metz, two women devoted to ritual, embodiment, and feminine remembrance.
This is not just a ceremony.
It is a homecoming — to body, to breath, to the voice within.
