About the Event

Through artful guidance you will be supported to move your body with reverence, journal with freedom, and learn healing techniques of Ayurvedic self-massage — the three special practices combine to create one sacred ritual devoted to loving, caring and connecting with all parts of yourself. As a teacher, writer and entrepreneur, Tracy Bleir holds a safe and inspired space for students to engage in community where new ideas flourish, risk taking and inquiry are supported, and creativity and expression are celebrated. Curiosity, empathy, tolerance and humility are values she brings forth in her teaching methodology and in her everyday life.

Amber Cook

I teach yoga because I want students to remember that they are whole and multidimensional. Mary Oliver so beautifully said, “Attention is the beginning of devotion.” In yoga, we bring attention to our physical body. Through alignment based yoga our patterns are revealed. The ones that aren’t serving us we transform and the ones that are serving us we celebrate. We can use the practice to heal. The attention we become sensitive to in our physical body ultimately leads us to our consciousness, intuition, and creativity. So… all that yoga posture stuff really leads us to a deeper attention. I use alignment based yoga postures to reveal things that are not about the physical body at all.  You will experience this in my classes as well as pranayama, philosophy, poetry, meditation, and community. I hope you will join me.
