About the Event
Join Ulli Meta for a unique experience in sound and sound meditation. Allow yourself to lie back, relax, and experience the vibrations of singing bowls, drums, and voice as they interact with your body on a cellular and energetic level.
The session starts with a brief introduction to sound and sound meditation. Then, everyone gets to a comfortable space to open herself up to the instruments' frequencies and the energy of the moment. At the end of the sound meditation session, you will have the opportunity to share your experience (optional) and ask questions.
To experience the session, you don't need any skills, abilities, beliefs, or prior experience in meditation - Just bring yourself! We have yoga mats and blankets, but feel free to bring your own eye mask, pillow or anything special you need to feel most comfortable.
