pause: a writing cohort for women moving through menopause

A writing cohort (not therapy) for we, the menopausal who want a place to talk about it. To write about it. To have space to learn, laugh, read, cry, share and do what women do best in this universe: CREATE.

Be a part of a circle of women looking to connect and grow through conversation, exploration and transformation on a path to empowerment and awakening.

This LiFT Circle will meet every other Wednesday morning from 10-11:30 am CT January 12th through March 23rd. Tracy  will be at ALTAR. Participants may join on Zoom or in person at ALTAR as they choose (arrangements in advance must be made).
