About the Event

Join us for an action-oriented workshop with author and activist, Rebecca Sive, to help each of us identify and step into a leadership role in our lives and our world. Whether your sphere of influence is in the public square or your friends and family, we all make an impact. Rebecca's latest book, Make Herstory Your Story, is both inspiration and road map and champions the powerful voice in each of us that wants to be heard. We’ll be using this unique journal-workbook, (a gift with your workshop registration), to explore all the ways you can create your authentic activist path and Rebecca is here to show us how to do it intentionally and effectively.

Make Herstory Your Story is ideal for individuals seeking to move from concept to action, or for groups of activists seeking a forum for discussion and a springboard to action. Although written with a female audience in mind, its message transcends gender, making it a useful tool for today’s changemaker.

Make Herstory Your Story is the collective account of millions of women everywhere, who advocate justice and equality for every woman and girl−by leading campaigns, organizations, and projects; by creating inspirational works of art; and by demonstrating through their own accomplishments that there are no limits to what women and girls can accomplish.

Make Herstory Your Story is for every woman who dreams of making the world a better place and is committed to doing the work to get that done. If you're that woman, or you know someone who is, Make Herstory Your Story is for you.
