Our Nature is to Nurture. The focus of this LiFT circle is to explore what it looks and feels like to be empowered in a family system free of drama, conflict & disconnection. Discover what it means to be a conscious creator of your relationships, honor yourself and let go of past childhood conditioning that does not serve you or those you long to be connected to. Nurture yourself, nurture your family and create lasting, meaningful relationships with all your family members while freeing your children to do the same.

Come join a cohort of women looking to connect and grow through meditation, conversation, exploration and transformation on a path to empowerment and awakening.

This LiFT Circle will meet every other Friday morning from 9:00-10:30 am January 14th through March 25th. Participants may join on Zoom or in person at ALTAR as they choose (arrangements in advance must be made).
