This workshop covers foundational practices of felt sense awareness and attunement, understanding the Self and your relationship to other humans and the outside world. We guide you thru various embodied practices that offer opportunities to connect with others, to practice conscious communication and learn tools to facilitate, cultivate and hone authentic relationships.
