Grab a friend and join us at our sanctuary in the city. At ALTAR, we’re curious seekers, wondering what would be possible if women were able to integrate body, mind, and spirit. Join us for any or all of the following free programs for an entire day dedicated to this integration of all of our parts.

ALTAR’s Bring Your Soul to Work Day kicks off at 9 am. Join us for coffee and conversation, nurturing programming and  open co-working available all day long. Drop by anytime to get a taste of ALTAR so you can connect more deeply to yourself and other women, and leave feeling whole, supported, and more like YOU.

TIMELINE FOR THE DAY

• 9am Coffee & Conversation
• 11:30am-12:30pm – Bring Your Own Lunch Book Discussion of Wintering by Katherine May (all are welcome to the discussion even if you haven't read the book)
• 1 - 2:30pm - SoulCollage® Open Studio
• 3:30-4:00 - Musical  Meditation with Claire Bigley*
• 4 - 5pm - Home Before Dinner Happy Hour

*Grab a Moon Pod and relax to the sounds of Claire Bigley's 30 minute musical sound healing journey called Emergence.  Claire will channel tuning forks and meditative vocals to create a restorative and healing end of day experience.
