Grab a friend and join us at our sanctuary in the city. At ALTAR, we’re curious seekers, wondering what would be possible if women were able to integrate body, mind, and spirit. Join us for any or all of the following free programs for an entire day dedicated to this integration of all of our parts.

ALTAR’s Bring Your Soul to Work Day kicks off at 9 am. Join us for coffee and conversation, nurturing programming and  open co-working available all day long. Drop by anytime to get a taste of ALTAR so you can connect more deeply to yourself and other women, and leave feeling whole, supported, and more like YOU.

• 9-10:15 am - How You Want to Be in 2023: A Collaborative Visioning Workshop with Krissie McMenamin
• 11:30am-12:30pm – Bring Your Own Lunch Book Discussion Maiden to Mother: Unlocking Our Archetypal Journey Into the Mature Feminine by Sarah Durham Wilson. The discussion will be led by Life and Conscious Leadership coaches Michelle Thompson and Donna Placio, co-founders of Women Leading With Love.
