Bring Your Soul To Work: Open House at ALTAR

Being a working woman can be tricky, especially in our emerging-from-COVID world. Burnout is on the rise, and we’re all feeling the burden of doing all-of-the-things for all-of-the-people in our lives.

At ALTAR we’re curious seekers, wondering what would be possible if women in business were given what they needed to show up fully themselves everywhere all the time? How might our jobs, families, communities - even the world - be different if we were integrating our work selves with our “real” selves? What would happen if we had a community of powerful working women in our lives to support us who were walking the same path of integration of role and soul?

On May 10th, ALTAR is opening its doors to women business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals in and around Chicago for an entire day dedicated to this integration of work self and “real” self. 

Join us for the day to:

• Sample what it’s like to co-work in an environment that feels like home (but substitutes the kids, chaos, and “same-old-same-old” with cozy vibes, inspiration, and other soulful women just like you)
• Contemplate the integration of “role” & soul in a guided labyrinth walking meditation (2 pm)
• Participate in a guided group coaching experience with Hope Firsel (our first Conscious Conversations group session) to help you bring your personal and professional intentions into alignment with one another (9:30 am - REGISTER FOR GROUP COACHING HERE)
• Create a SoulCollage® card to tap into your intuition 
• Hang out and connect with other professional women in a casual, early-evening happy hour that gets you home in time for dinner (4-6 pm)
