• Empowering Emotional Freedom with Lori Lovens, 10a - 12p: We've been conditioned to believe that stress is caused by external stimuli. However, our reaction to stress factors, internal and external, is actually a result of the pressure of our own suppressed emotions accumulated throughout our lives. Join this immersive workshop to learn how to begin to shift stress from the inside out!

• Akashic Records Attunement with Laura Coe, 3:30 - 4:30p:  Join Akashic Records teacher and founder of Little Soul School, Laura Coe for a meditative session to attune the body to receive more access to intuition, Akashic wisdom and creative flow. Wear comfortable clothes. Yoga mats provided.
