• 9am - Coffee & Conversation
• 10:30am - 11:30am - Show up Confidently & Authentically on Social Media with The EverBoss - Join The EverBoss founders, Elena Soboleva- Social Media Mentor, & Yessica Osuna- Business Mindset Mentor, for an interactive workshop on how to show up as your authentic self on social media and gain confidence to share your story!
• 1:00pm - 1:45pm - Somatic Flow with Dorie Silverman - Nervous system regulation is a foundational key to healing in our modern world. In Somatic Flow, you will practice nervous system regulation tools combined with gentle movement to explore what helps your nervous system to settle, your body to relax, and your mind to open.
• 3:00pm - 4:30pm - SoulCollage Open Studio with Kathy Bresler - Open Studio gatherings are for anyone wanting to tap into their creativity and discover a deeper connection to their inner wisdom. Kathy Bresler, ALTAR Founder & trained SoulCollage® facilitator, will be on hand to teach newcomers how to make and consult cards. Experienced SoulCollagers can dive right in.
• 4:30pm - 5pm - Home Before Dinner Happy Hour

Our space encourages intentional breaks throughout your day, increasing your energy and productivity, all while promoting soul-quenching connection with other women.
